Shipping Methods

We offer UPS as our main method for shipping items to you. Shipping charges are based on UPS standard shipping methods and variables such as, weight, qty, destination, etc. Rates will be shown at checkout before completing your order.

We offer the following shipping methods that you can choose from UPS:

UPS Ground

•Prompt, dependable, cost-effective shipping. •With guaranteed delivery, know in advance when your shipment will arrive. •An economical choice for all of your routine shipments. •Average time of delivery is between 3-4 days.

UPS Next Day Air

•Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. •Average time of delivery is usually in 1 day.

UPS 2nd Day Air

•Delivery by the end of the second business day. •Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. •Average time of delivery is between 1-2 days.

We also offer international rates if so needed for our interntational customers.

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped from our store and will appear on our website under "My Account" under the "Orders" tab. There are several ways to track the status of your order:

Check your email The email address you provided during checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order.

Visit the website Click Order Status or Sign In to your account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders 24 hours a day.

Contact us If you still have questions about your order, contact Customer Service at (828) 259-9303 during normal hours of operation. The status of your order is supplied by The L.O.F.T. of Asheville and applies to your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our Store. Once your order leaves our Store, it is handled by a UPS carrier that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. If available, the tracking information is accessible from "Order History" in "My Account".

Priority

•Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost

•2-3 day delivery

Express

•Overnight delivery to most locations
•Can use USPS Tracking to confirm delivery of packages

Parcel

•An economical way to send packages, especially large ones
•Can use USPS Tracking to confirm delivery of packages
•2-3 day delivery
